Electrical flat screen printer

Features:
Motor- driven vertical screen lifting system is to prevent unnecessary ink flow on the screen. Small volume of ink can be printed. Registration and cleaning are easily.
The printing carriage is driven by the advanced digital controlled AC motor. Running on the double parallel high precision Linear Motion Guide (THK, JAPAN), stepless speed adjustment to ensure smooth movement.
The printing table is facilitated with X-Y-Z fine pitch registration adjustment with self locking system as well as vacuum system.
The printing stroke and sub-frame are variable adjustable and different sizes of printing frame is acceptable
It is equipped with auto peel-off system, peel-off angle and speed are variable adjustable, guaranteed the printing quality.
It is equipped with the protection safety device, ensured the workers safety operation.

The major components are of famous brands such as SEW and REXROTH from German, SMC, THK from Japan and PMEUMAX from Italy.
